A lot of times talking to a stranger sounds like an intrusive or uncomfortable situation to be in, but I can assure you once you get past the first fearful step, you will learn that it's a form of self care that will stay with you for a lifetime.
My approach includes talk therapy, meditation, and other creative interventions that help navigate individuals through traumas and strenuous life circumstances. I specialize in stress management, family conflict, career burn out, depression and anxiety with a focus on creating a safe and trusting environment.
