Our Team
Anxiety, anger, emotional exhaustion, or unresolved trauma can leave you feeling like you're on edge and overwhelmed, either at work, at home, and with the people who matter most to you. Instead, you want to feel more emotionally grounded, reduce conflict in your relationships, and rebuild trust, closeness and intimacy with your partner. I work with individual adults and couples who know that something needs to change, they just don't quite know how to make that change happen. I help clients understand possible patterns, the impact on everyday life, and how to make different choices to stop repeating dysfunctional cycles.

Still today, there can be a great deal of negative stigma associated with mental health struggles and that can make it difficult for people to seek therapy or know where to start. I was inspired by a close friend years ago to seek therapy even though I was so reluctant. I chose counselling as a profession because I want to provide the same safe, non-judgmental relationship for my clients that helped me to break down that stigma in my own therapy experience. The clients I work with are ready to do explore and do the work to gain a better understanding of their struggles and move forward with better tools for managing them.

I work with youth, young adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or burned out, seeking a space to reflect, understand themselves more deeply, and find ways to feel grounded.
I see therapy as a collaborative and reflective process — a space to slow down, make sense of what feels overwhelming, and explore how your experiences, family dynamics, and background shape your sense of self and how you interact in the world.
