Hi, I’m Nicolette. If you are looking for healing at a deeper level, I would love to connect with you. I work with clients who feel impacted by anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, stress, and childhood trauma. I enjoy working with adults from all walks of life, particularly with seniors and people who care for others (e.g., health professionals).
My educational background includes a Masters in Counselling and a PhD in Human Ecology. I am a certified member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and I completed the Somatic Experiencing Practitioner training and have received the SEP certificate.
My training provide me with a deeper understanding of how trauma can impact our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I understand that starting therapy can be difficult.
