I 've treated a range of issues like ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma/PTSD, emotional dysregulation, executive functioning concerns, identity exploration, parenting, life-adjustment/communication difficulties, peer/family conflict, caregiving and end of life support.
I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. In my practice, I incorporate evidence-based therapies, neuroscience, and a systems-level lens to acknowledge the realities and challenges of the world we all live in. My practice is culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and anti-ableist.
I utilize creative interventions to engage children in online therapy sessions, and enjoy incorporating humour & play into sessions when appropriate.
