Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming—especially if you’re unsure whether you’ll truly connect. You may be feeling anxious, burned out, stuck, or struggling with ADHD, depression, or life stress that feels unmanageable. To make this easier, we offer a free one-hour consultation so you can meet us before committing financially. Initial sessions would be with Rhyanne Zurstegge, a Master’s-level therapist experienced in crisis support, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and high stress. Ongoing sessions are $100.
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with extensive trauma-focused experience, specializing in first responders, military, abuse recovery, and neurodivergence. I also provide clinical supervision, supporting therapists to deliver safe, ethical, and effective trauma-informed care.
Choosing the right therapist matters. Through close supervision, clients benefit from both Rhyanne’s thoughtful, compassionate care and my trauma-focused clinical oversight. This collaborative approach ensures high-quality treatment while supporting meaningful, lasting change. Rhyanne is currently accepting new clients.
