I am a Registered Social Worker with a MSW degree from the University of Regina and 18 years of experience supporting youth and adults through some of life’s most challenging moments. My professional background spans mental health, substance use, and crisis intervention with all ages and life stages. My recent work focuses on supporting women in midlife through a variety of issues and transitions including perimenopause/menopause, grief/loss, caregiving burnout, major life transitions, parenting challenges and mental illness.
