I work with teens (14+) and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, trauma, depression, identity, and emotion regulation. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I draw on Person-Centered approaches, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Brainspotting to help clients build self-understanding, resilience, and practical coping skills. Therapy with me is a space to be real, explore what’s getting in the way, and move toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected.
I support individuals navigating trauma, depression, challenging emotions, identity and the stress of being yourself in a world that doesn’t always make it easy. Using a collaborative and trauma-informed approach, I help clients process their experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop boundaries that honor their needs and values.
