About
Whether seeking therapy for yourself, your family, or a loved one, it is my hope that I can play a role in facilitating lasting change in the lives of my clients. My approach to therapy is based on the belief that, with dedication and perseverance, moving forward in a positive direction is possible. Creating a safe and welcoming environment for you is my priority. Together, we can discuss your concerns, set goals, and work toward making those goals a reality. Throughout the healing process, I will seek to encourage, empower, and motivate you toward the change you hope to achieve.
I possess a BA degree and an MA in Counselling. Practicing from a Cognitive-Behavioural and Emotion-Focused perspective, I offer treatment and support to individuals and couples presenting with a range of issues. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, or the stressors that come with everyday life, therapy can be a means of healing and restoration.
Therapy has made a positive impact in the lives of many, providing hope for a better future. Though reaching out for help may be difficult, transformation oftentimes begins with a single step. Why not now? Currently, I am offering morning, afternoon, and evening telehealth and video/zoom sessions to clients of all ages. I look forward to hearing from you!
