I recognize that trauma is shaped by histories of colonization, displacement, and systemic violence, and that healing is not about fixing people, but restoring safety, dignity, and voice. My approach is grounded in humility and accountability, honouring your experiences, strengths, and connections. Healing happens at your pace, on your terms—and you do not have to walk it alone. I have been in the helping field for over 15 years and look forward to seeing if I may be a fit to help you on your path to healing.
As a Metis woman I understand how important culture is. I have been a sessional instructor at the university of Manitoba since 2015. I love helping people learn and empowering them to realize their potential. I work from an integrated client centered approach. I am trained in yoga and use mindfulness as well as neuroscience to inform my practice
