Whether it's help for anxiety, boundary setting, grieving a loss, dealing with parenting challenges, relationship difficulties or workplace stress and burnout I'm here for you. I offer virtual 1:1 and in person therapy sessions in Kitchener, group coaching and walking along the Grand River.

For 20 years, I've helped thousands of women like you manage and reduce anxiety, break free from unfair societal expectations and past wounds to cultivate loving, equal relationships, feel more confident as parents and setting boundaries at home and work. We co-create goals based on your needs and use research based mind/body approaches to help you thrive.
