I have 5 years of experience working with individuals over the age of 20, through in-person and online sessions.
I offer psychotherapy on stressors related to stress, overwhelm and difficulty coping; navigating painful life changes; the impact of childhood trauma / challenges; relationship issues (including covert control/narcissistic abuse); and anxiety and depression.
I also work with individuals who don’t have significant issues, and who rather wish to explore how to create a more meaningful and purposeful life, and experience fulfilling relationships.
My approach focuses on developing an understanding of what has shaped you and the purposeful nature of your struggles and challenges – there is a level on which it makes sense; and then identifying and developing those experiences, capacities and skills that can support you to reshape yourself in ways that are more congruent with your values and goals.
