I am passionate about helping individuals & couples create & achieve personal & relational meaning in their lives. I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists & a member of the Psychologist's Association of Alberta. I hold a double Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Philosophy from the University of Calgary and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Lethbridge.
I completed an internship in Arizona at Psychological Counseling Services working with individuals, couples, & groups. I've held various positions at several Calgary agencies, providing support to individuals healing from trauma, navigating transitions, seeking career clarity, & overcoming personal struggles.
