I am passionate about helping individuals & couples create & achieve personal & relational meaning in their lives. My direct approach frequently blends techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. I enjoy collaborating with my clients, encouraging them to connect with their authenticity through a process of self-discovery. I have experience helping individuals struggling with boundaries, trauma, career, emotional regulation, anxiety, OCD, depression, gender identity, fetishes, sexual issues, non-monogamy & relational discourse. I enjoy helping individuals navigate the intricacies of sexuality and identity.
I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists & a member of the Psychologist's Association of Alberta. I hold a double Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Philosophy from the University of Calgary and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Lethbridge.
I completed an internship in Arizona at Psychological Counseling Services working with individuals, couples, & groups. I've held various positions at several Calgary agencies, providing support to individuals healing from trauma, navigating transitions, seeking career clarity, & overcoming personal struggles.
