As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I offer virtual counselling to individual adults for relational concerns, anxiety, and trauma. I work with people-pleasers, overachievers, and highly sensitive people who are tired of feeling stressed, burnt out, and disconnected. Together, we may work on identifying underlying patterns, processing childhood or relational trauma, applying healthy coping skills, and deepening communication skills. My overall goal is to help you feel more authentic, connected, and secure with your Self and in relationships. As an ACS-Candidate, I offer individual and group clinical supervision for therapists.

I tend to use attachment-based, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches in my work that focus on relationships and nervous system regulation. I draw from a variety of approaches including attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, Somatic therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Method Couples Counselling.
