Hey there! My name is Nicki and I have been walking along side individuals on their journey to mental wellness for almost 20 years with experience in the criminal justice system, the health care system and the education system. Most of this time I specialized in mental health and addictions.

My current practice is directed toward "mental wellness for driven minds" with a primary focus on health care workers and local athletes.
Health care workers: You give everything you've got on shift and I would like to offer you a confidential space to care for your own wellbeing with support that understands the weight of your role.
Local athletes: You train your body, but what about your mind? I would like to offer a space to build mental strength, manage pressure and stay grounded.
I am offering a confidential space for face to face, virtual and walk and talk appointments to support those who need a place to feel heard, validated and supported. In this space I intend to empower individuals to heal, grow and thrive where every story is honored and embraces the inner strength.
