I work with those 14 years and older who are facing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, parenting struggles, illness adjustment, grief/loss, trauma, relationship issues and much more. I have a special interest working with health care workers and first responders.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from a diverse range of evidence-based techniques which include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am a Certified EMDR Therapist.
