Therapy can feel intimidating but truly it’s a time of exploration and learning. Therapy is that block of time you set aside just for you. Many clients I support struggle with anxiety, self doubt, overwhelm, low mood, life transitions, grief, and trauma. I have supported clients of all ages with a special focus on teens and young adults for more than 20 years processing the old and stepping into the new.
In my practice, I use a strengths-based style of support reminding clients that they are powerful change agents. I have helped many identify blocks to success, health, happiness, performance, and connection through a combo of therapeutic modalities: CBT, somatic, narrative, mindfulness, energy psychology, WHEE, integrating spirituality if they so wish.

Our subconscious mind is a database where all of our experiences are stored and sorted to create the program that we live our lives by.
