It's an honour to support and witness in this journey. I have over 20 years experience and knowledge as a Mental Health clinician and educator. I’ve worked with young people, individuals and couples. I am a registered counsellor with a Masters in Expressive Arts Therapy and certified in Relational Somatic therapy.
Together we can transform life's challenges drawing from various modalities including CBT, EFFT and Dialectical Behaviour therapies. We can also delve deeper connecting to the wisdom of your body, developing a Mindful awareness and allowing your souls creativity to show us the way.
