Calling all playful souls with big emotions. Come meet my playful soul! You might be a 4, 10, or 14 year old and need someone who understands your unique experience and developing mind. I will give you the means to play, talk, and express yourself through anxieties, anger, grief, peer difficulties, family challenges, and more! You might even be the caregiver of these youngsters and need some guidance on tough behaviours, emotions, parenting concerns, or life transitions. I will work independently with your child/adolescent, with you, or all together as a family to help build more skills and resilience. Trained in SPACE for parents.
I have spent my entire professional career focusing on supporting children/families, working in clinical settings, shelters, schools, and within homes to provide therapy and support. I value a multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach to understanding a child’s difficulties and also welcome consultation with the other professionals in your child's life.
I have a deep compassion for the developing mind of the child/adolescent and I aim to give them a safe space to foster growth, big or small.
