I'm a seasoned Registered Psychotherapist with more than 17 years of clinical experience. Reach out for a free consultation if you are seeking help in healing from the impact of difficult relationships and upbringings; navigating family conflict and estrangement; modifying attachment styles; exploring identity, purpose, and meaning; decreasing feelings of isolation and loneliness; changing unwanted habits; better handling transitions; and/or gaining greater self-awareness and self-acceptance. I also have a particular interest in working with the adult children of personality disordered (NPD/BPD) parents.
I'll work collaboratively with you to better understand the roots of your suffering and uncover the themes and patterns that impact your life. As these patterns are brought to light, I'll create space for you to safely explore and process underlying emotions, test out new behaviour and ways of relating, and develop skills to support your future growth.
