Nicole is a registered social worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers. Nicole is trained in Narrative Therapy Techniques, Somatic tools, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. She focuses on bringing awareness to the body and mind as a whole along with language through play and various forms of expression. Nicole is also a certified Circle of Security Facilitator and can provide both individual and group offerings.
Nicole is passionate about offering accessible, person-centred, mental health support. She is a firm believer in identifying and mobilizing internal and external strengths while exploring authentic identities within each persons journey.
