I use a blend of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to tailor my approach to each individuals unique needs. My goal is to help you and/or your child navigate emotions and build resilience in a nurturing, supportive and empowering setting.
