Whether it’s a gossip session or a session full of deep processing, I’m here for you! My biggest goal is to ensure that you feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout our sessions. We can work together to set goals, make sense of experiences, and maybe have some laughs along the way.

I have an extensive background in working with post-secondary students. I love connecting with young adults facing any and all of life’s challenges. Additionally, my deep rooted trauma informed practice was established by working with survivors of gender based and intimate partner violence.
