I support people who may be struggling with feelings of anxiousness and depression, or who are in the perinatal/postpartum period. I dive with you into your past hurts, current coping strategies and thought patterns and support you in understanding where these came from and what we can do now to find some peace.
My aim is to reduce distress and feelings of guilt or shame in the lives of my clients so that they may fully connect with themselves and their families again. I offer a diverse range of tools that I can assist you with practicing and integrating into your own life. My work centers on client empowerment and recognizing the uniqueness of each of our stories.
