Though life is painful, I recognize that each story is unique and utilize different therapeutic modalities in order for you to understand yourself and live with renewed possibility. I primarily focus on grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, life stages, self-esteem, ADHD, and relational connection working with individuals, couples, families and children.
I offer an empathic and relational approach, providing you with the safety you need to walk through some of your hardest moments. It is my belief that no-one should have to face struggles and challenges alone.
