Everyone gets a little stuck sometimes. We experience painful experiences that can be hard to move past. We become overwhelmed by our responsibilities and sometimes burn out. We get in arguments with loved ones, and we make mistakes. We're human. If you're looking to get back on track, you've come to the right place. My goal is to support you in learning to balance the conflicting expectations and responsibilities in your life, and also make time for the things that you enjoy. To support you as you explore your own needs and desires and learn to have compassion for yourself, instead of beating yourself up all of the time.
With more than 12 years of experience, my focus is on facilitating healing from trauma, men's mental health, and supporting young adults as they transition to adulthood. I draw from a number of evidenced-informed treatment modalities and work with you to customize a care plan to help you overcome obstacles in your life and meet your goals.
No one needs to walk this journey alone. I'm here to listen without judgement and help you connect with your inner self in a genuine and compassionate way, so that you can learn, heal, and grow. By focusing on self-awareness and being true to yourself, you'll begin to feel better, live authentically, and feel a sense of fulfillment in your life again.
