Our work together will go beyond the psychological and account for the biological, social, and spiritual aspects of the human condition. This client-centered approach is meant to be flexible, inclusive, and creative as we work to uncover your own unique, valued path to wellness.

I have experience helping adolescents and adults with developmental trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal difficulties. I pull from a variety of modalities to find the tailored approach that works best for you!
