I have completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology and have 20 years in the field of social services. For 20 years I have gained experience in treating individuals, couples and families with issues such as anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, sexual and gender identity and couple or family relationship issues. Therapy approaches I use are IFS, CBT, Family Systems theory and Emotion-Focused theory and each are used according to your needs and goals.
