Just as our bodies need support in feeling well, so too does our emotional selves and mind at times need assistance. I would be honoured to assist you with counselling either online or in person. For 15 years I have gained experience in treating individuals, couples and families with issues such as anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, sexual and gender identity and couple or family relationship issues. Therapy approaches I use are CBT, Family Systems theory and Emotion-Focused theory and each are used according to your needs and goals.
