I provide psychological services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. With over 10 years of experience working in a range of settings—including hospitals and private practice—I bring a depth of clinical knowledge and a compassionate approach to my work. I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Johannesburg in South Africa, where I also conducted research on parental bereavement—an area that continues to shape my interest in supporting individuals and families navigating grief.
My training in South Africa was integrative, allowing me to draw from a number of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and client-centered therapy.
I believe that therapy works best when there is a strong fit between client and therapist—and between client and approach. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
