Drawing on over a decade of experience in counselling fields, I work with youth & adults who want to reconnect with themselves & the people they love. I use a relational, person-centred approach to therapy, grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and care.
I draw from narrative therapy, somatic awareness, trauma-informed and reparative practices, and my training in Life Space Crisis Intervention.
Underlying my work is a trauma-responsive, intersectional, anti-oppressive, and neurodiversity-affirming lens.
