Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that are hard to change, moving through a life transition, or simply noticing that something in your life does not feel the way you want it to. My hope is to offer a space where you feel comfortable showing up as you are and where we can make sense of things together. I work with people who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, self esteem challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties.

You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We start where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is humanistic and client centred, which means I see you as the expert in your own life. At the same time, I am not a therapist who only listens quietly.

I believe growth happens through honesty and reflection. I will support you with warmth and care, and when it is helpful, I will also gently challenge the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Our work together is always shaped around you as an individual.
