Substance use, trauma and mental health issues can put a significant dent in someone's quality of life. I am a client-centred therapist with extensive experience counselling adults and teenagers with substance use, trauma, anger, anxiety, and depression problems. I offer counselling that meets people where they are at and I am clinically supervised by a child psychologist.
