Here to help you on your healing journey, focusing on the power of relationship, always increasing safety and trust, while working alongside on your goals. My experience is within mental health, anxiety, trauma, PTSD (CPTSD), substance use, persons with disabilities, complex relationships, chronic pain, and neurodiversity. I am in the LGBTQIA+ community, having worked within the mental health field for 12 years in varied capacities, starting working with families of children 0-6, then adults and seniors, and most recently youth 12-24. I am currently accepting adults and youth 12+.

I am client centered, strength based and anti-oppressive. I am equipped with Emotion Focused Family Therapies, DBT, Somatics, Narrative Practice, NP- Sexualities and Gender, Gottman, Motivational Interviewing, and many certificates. I am kind, open, empathetic, non-shaming and have the skills to work alongside people in complex situations or environments.

We all have innate strengths and I can be a tool in your healing journey, if finances are a barrier, please reach out, I can assist with funding applications and sliding scale sessions. I am a Queer cisgender woman with disabilities and practice in a person-centered, decolonial way.
