I'm glad you're here, taking the first brave steps towards healing. I know it can be overwhelming at the beginning. But if you'll let me I'd really like to join you on your journey to feeling better about your life. My style is eclectic (using several methods) because I believe therapy should be tailored for every individual. I want to make your healing & self discover experience all about you, not a system. You're in charge of how fast we go, where we go & when you need to rest. I simply journey beside you as a trusted source of perspective & insight. Helping to reframe or see an issue from a different view point.
I enjoy helping many different types of people with lots of different issues. My areas of specialty are Trauma, ADHD (in adults), Women's mental health around reproductive stories (including menopause) & Pregnancy or Infant loss (due to termination, miscarriage or postnatal loss). I also work with issues specific to men and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
