Hello, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s in Music Psychotherapy. I work with children, teens, and adults – with a focus on neurodivergence (ASD and ADHD) – as well as those experiencing anxiety, grief, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions.
Many of the people I work with may struggle with self-regulation, identity, social challenges, or feeling misunderstood. My approach to therapy is strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming, grounded in both traditional psychotherapy and music psychotherapy.
Therapy sessions are collaborative and tailored to you. We may use talk therapy along with music-based experiences such as listening, improvisation, and songwriting. No music experience is required.
Whether you are seeking support for your child, navigating adolescence, or wanting deeper insight and self-understanding as an adult, I believe our therapeutic work together can be a space for self-care, clarity, growth and meaningful change.
