I work with individual adults and youth (15 and up) who struggle with LGBTQ+ related issues, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem and historical and current trauma. Drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches, I work collaboratively with clients to deepen their understanding of challenges and stuck points, while building practical coping skills grounded in self-acceptance and compassion.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. My work primarily integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support meaningful and lasting change.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a safe, affirming space to help you feel more grounded and confident. I support clients in exploring the thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns that may feel overwhelming or unhelpful, particularly around anxiety, identity, and life transitions.
