My ideal clients are men who feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Many come to therapy because stress, relationships, confidence, anger, motivation, life transitions, or past experiences are starting to impact their daily life. At The Iron Mind Project, I help clients slow things down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and build practical steps toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
I offer a men’s-focused counselling space that is direct, supportive, and collaborative. My approach draws from cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, and a strengths-based lens to help clients better understand patterns, manage emotions, improve relationships, and develop practical tools for moving forward.
Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially if you are used to handling things on your own. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. If something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or difficult to manage, counselling can be a place to begin sorting through it one step at a time.
