At Niagara Youth & Family Therapy, we are dedicated to providing evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, addiction, and trauma. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or difficulties related to family dynamics, our goal is to offer compassionate support and effective treatment options to help you and your loved ones thrive. Our team of experienced, Registered Therapists work with people of all ages, specializing in working with youth (6-18 years), emerging adults (19-29 years), and family and loved ones.
We use a wide range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, to support healing and personal growth.
All services are client centered and trauma-informed in all approaches. Goals are set by you and empowered by our therapists. Sessions can be scheduled directly in-person, virtually via video platforms or through phone. Measurement based care is practiced in order to provide clinical evidence-based practices of psychotherapy with all treatment plans.
