At our practice, we are committed to helping children, teens, and adults better understand themselves and thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. Our team provides comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, as well as in-person and virtual therapy services across Ontario. We conduct assessments to better understand learning difficulties, attention and executive functioning concerns, giftedness, social-emotional, autism level 1, and behavioural challenges. We provide therapy from ages 7 to adult, supporting concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, stress, relationships, burnout, and parenting.
Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, we offer comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, therapy, play therapy, and parenting support. We are a team of experienced, dedicated, and caring psychologists and therapists.
