I've been a therapist for over 15 years and I offer both individual and couple therapy in downtown Toronto.
I am versed in working with issues resulting from violence (childhood and/or adulthood) and other oppression. As a queer woman of colour, I am experienced with sexual orientation, gender identity, and race/racism. My approach is sex-positive and applicable to monogamous, non-monogamous and polyamourous relationships.
My practice incorporates different modalities, such as Emotion focused therapy for couples, as well as mindfulness practice, and narrative therapy. I am also experienced in short-term approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy. Together, we will explore your inner world, bringing greater self-awareness to your own experience.
