I work with adolescents (12+), adults, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, body image concerns, eating disorders, and women's mental health. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed by difficult emotions, caught in patterns of self-criticism, perfectionism, or people-pleasing, struggling to trust others, or feeling disconnected from yourself and those around you. Whether you're carrying the weight of past experiences or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Has your family been impacted by grief, loss, mental health challenges or life transitions? Have you or a family member witnessed or experienced interpersonal violence or trauma? As a registered clinical counselor and art therapist, I support children, youth, adults, and caregivers to bridge connections by exploring these issues with safety and acceptance. My approach to counselling is relational, client-centered and trauma informed, and I utilize evidence-based modalities from my training in art therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy and somatic attachment therapy.

You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself during a period of change or difficulty. Many of the clients I work with are youth (12+) and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, body image concerns, or major life transitions. You may be juggling school, relationships, identity questions, or expectations while feeling unsure how to cope or where you fit. You’re looking for support that feels steady, collaborative, and grounded rather than clinical or rushed.
