Since April 2024, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, youth, and families as they grow, learn, and navigate life’s challenges. I offer trauma-informed counselling in a warm, welcoming space where clients feel heard, valued, and accepted. I support youth with self-regulation, worries, self-esteem, confidence, healthy relationships, and everyday challenges, including neurodivergent youth. I also provide parents with practical strategies to strengthen connection. My hope is to help each client discover their strengths, build resilience, and feel confident being themselves.
My gentle approach creates a safe, nurturing environment where clients feel heard and valued. I emphasize skill-building for emotional regulation and better parenting, effective communication, understanding the differences between sensory overload meltdowns and “bad” behaviour or acting out, and developing healthy habits to love oneself.
