Welcome. I’m glad you found your way here. I’m Ness (he/him), a registered therapeutic counsellor offering online support for individuals. My work is trauma-transformative, queer-affirming, and culturally responsive. I specialise in 2LGBTQIA+ community support and work with people navigating intersectional realities, marginalisation, and the layered impacts of complex trauma. Many clients come to me feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to shift or in connections that don’t feel safe. Together, we explore these places with care and curiosity, opening space for awareness and grounded possibilities to emerge.
My approach centres relationships — with yourself, with others, and with the systems, histories, and stories shaping your life. My style is present, relational, and responsive, drawing from humanistic, trauma-informed, somatic, and narrative therapies. I offer a steady, collaborative space where we co-create process and strengthen capacity.
My lived experience as a queer, blind, mixed-race, white-presenting trans counsellor, parent, and immigrant settler on Coast Salish territory grounds my commitment to cultural humility and equity-centred care. I wear sunglasses as part of my blind identity, love puzzles, long walkabouts, tea, and espresso. I currently have availability for new clients
