My therapeutic approach is grounded in a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), in which I am trained, as well as Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy (NT). This framework allows me to customize each session to meet my clients' needs, empowering them to create lasting, meaningful change.
My 20-year journey as an educator shaped my understanding of growth and resilience. Coupled with my role as a therapist, these experiences ignited my passion to journey with clients toward healing. I offer a unique perspective in addressing the needs of adolescents, adults, and teachers, informed by both my professional and personal experiences.
