I am passionate about supporting clients in their efforts to change and grow, as well as becoming reconnected to their strengths, dreams and feeling empowered to lead their best lives.
My area of focus include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, isolation, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, and trauma. My therapeutic approach prioritizes creating a nurturing atmosphere where clients can embrace their authentic selves and feel safe to experience their vulnerabilities, while freely unpacking their stories.
