I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and more than 15 years of experience supporting children, youth, adults, parents, caregivers, and families within mental health, education, complex-care, and community-based settings. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, grief and loss, relationship and communication difficulties, parenting challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, family conflict, neurodiversity, and the impacts of trauma and complex life experiences.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I draw from trauma- and resiliency-informed practice, attachment theory, family systems, motivational interviewing, and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I work with each client to understand their unique experiences, strengths, culture and goals
