I have been working with clients for over 20 years. I am known for being a compassionate and insightful therapist and supervisor. I have a diverse background in psychology, psychotherapy & career counselling as well as leadership advising & clinical supervision. I lead a small virtual clinic with other skilled therapists focusing on clients as whole humans using the integrated bio-psycho-social model to deliver progressive, experienced, quality mental health care. Our clinic provides both care for those with moderate to significant mental health issues.
We are currently am accepting clients with who have complex trauma, PTST & OSI both military and non-military, life impacting anger and emotional dysregulation, or are experiencing peri-menopause/menopause. I am theoretically grounded in Cognitive- Behavioural (CBT), Acceptance and Compassion (ACT) & Attachment orientations.
