I value meeting each person with curiosity and respect, honoring their lived experiences while providing a safe and brave space where they feel seen, heard and accepted.
I have a background in providing counselling to individuals with developmental disabilities and support to parents and caregivers. I also work with individuals experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression and emotion dysregulation. I draw my approach from various modalities and is centered on each individual’s unique needs.
I believe in creating an inclusive and affirming space where individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered. My hope is that clients leave therapy feeling more connected to themselves, equipped with the resilience and confidence to navigate life’s journey.
