Seeking help and finding the right therapist can be overwhelming especially if you are feeling out of balance, facing changes in relationships, managing symptoms of anxiety or depression, or if life has lost meaning for you. I work with clients to create strategies, develop tools, and uncover personal strengths that bring the healthy balance back into their lives. I bring a depth of experience from years of work in a tertiary mental health and addiction hospital in Toronto, Ontario. I am privileged to be a therapist. I have extensive training and experience over 19 years in treating anxiety, panic attack, depression, grief/loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, anger management, stress or burn out, excessive drinking, drug use, gambling, gaming or technology overuse. I also offer consultation to parents and families affected by loved ones behavior, addiction and mental health issues.
My approach to healing is Wholistic and integrative, drawing from various therapeutic techniques. I provide a warm, safe, non-judgmental and collaborative environment. I help you recognize your own innate power and wisdom, with more understanding of yourself, your situation and your choices in order to have a more fulfilling, balanced and inspiring life.
