I use techniques that are different than just traditional talk therapy. I like using Expressive Arts, Narrative, Somatic and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive techniques. However, my approach is adaptable depending on the person sitting in front of me, if something doesn't work, we switch it up until we find something that resonates with you. Therapy is collaborative and you are in the drivers seat.
