Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck in painful patterns, or struggling in your relationships?
As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in helping individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, & the lingering effects of childhood wounds. I’m passionate about first helping my clients develop coping skills & emotional regulation tools that bring immediate relief & a sense of stability. Once you feel more grounded & in control of your life, we can gently begin exploring the deeper layers—how past experiences, especially inner child wounds & early attachment patterns may be influencing your current struggles.
I integrate a range of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also bring in Mindfulness and Breathwork as powerful tools for nervous system regulation & holistic healing—addressing the mind, body, and spirit.
At the heart of my work is a humanistic, client-centered philosophy grounded in non-judgment, empathy & compassion. I see you as a whole person—not a diagnosis. I believe in your inner wisdom & strength, and I’m here to walk beside you as you reconnect with your authentic self, build healthier relationships, & create lasting change from the inside out!
